Buying a Japan-only card from overseas usually means guesswork. Here is exactly what happens to your order.

We buy it in Japan

Magazine supplements, in-store campaign cards and event prizes, bought from Japanese shops, distributors and collectors. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is a reproduction.

We check and photograph it

Ungraded cards are inspected here in Japan and photographed as they are. Sealed items stay sealed, so we describe the packaging rather than guess at the card inside.

We ship it with tracking

Dispatched within 3-7 business days by Japan Post with tracking on every order. Roughly 7-21 days to the USA and 10-25 days to Canada, Australia and Europe after dispatch.

Are these cards really authentic?

Yes. Everything we sell is sourced in Japan from shops, official distributors or established collectors. We do not handle counterfeit cards, proxy cards or unofficial reproductions.

We have sold 1,300+ items with a 99.8% positive rating, and buyers rate us 5.0 for accurate description. You can read that feedback on our eBay store.

What condition will my card arrive in?

Every listing states one condition and we never mix them. Sealed means the item is still in its original packaging, which we do not open, so we cannot describe the card inside. Near Mint (Ungraded) means we removed it from the packaging and inspected it in Japan, and it shows no damage visible to the naked eye.

Japanese promo cards are often magazine inserts or in-store giveaways, so even untouched copies can carry minor factory marks or slight edge wear from production. We assess against that reality, not against a hypothetical flawless card.

How long will delivery take, and what does shipping cost?

We dispatch within 3-7 business days by Japan Post. After dispatch, expect roughly 7-21 days to the USA and 10-25 days to Canada, Australia and Europe. Tracking is included on every order with no minimum, and shipping is free on orders over USD 150.

Can I return an item?

In-stock items are final sale, which is standard for trading cards where condition and substitution disputes are a real risk. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or we send the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will put it right.

Will I pay import duties?

Possibly. Duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your own country and are collected on delivery. They are not included in the price or the shipping cost. We do not undervalue parcels or mark them as gifts.

Do you handle bulk and wholesale orders?

Often, yes. Many listings are also available in 10, 50 or 100-piece lots, and we can quote larger quantities depending on Japan-side availability. Tell us the card and the quantity you need.
