Terms of Service

By placing an order in our store, you agree to the following terms:
- Items are sold in the condition stated on each listing (Sealed or Near Mint — Ungraded). Product photos are considered part of the item description. See our Condition Guide for definitions.
- In-stock items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Pre-order items may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase. Cancellations you request are refunded minus a 6% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled by us are refunded in full.
- Damaged, wrong, materially different, or lost items are handled under our Refund Policy.
- Estimated release and shipping dates for pre-orders may change if the official release is delayed. We will notify you by email.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or payment issues.
- Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
