Delivery timing
Shipped within 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Pre-order items ship at the time stated on each product page.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations
In-stock items: Due to the nature of the products, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once placed.
Pre-order items: Cancellations are accepted only within 7 days of purchase. Cancellations requested by the customer are refunded minus 6% of the total paid, which covers payment processing fees.
Orders cancelled by us (for example, if we cannot secure the item or the release is cancelled), and damaged, wrong or lost items, are refunded in full. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
