FAQ

Are the items authentic?

Yes. We only sell sealed, official Japanese products. Our public eBay feedback (99.8% positive) is the proof.

Can I order before release?

Yes — pre-order allocations are our specialty. Quotes state the official release date and expected ship window.

How do restocks and future drops work?

Wholesale partners get notified first when we secure a new allocation, before anything is listed publicly.

What about customs?

We declare accurately. Duties and import taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

I'm a small shop — is MOQ 10 really OK?

Absolutely. Many partners start with a 10-unit order to test sell-through, then scale.
