Cancellation Policy

In-stock items: All sales are final. In-stock orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Pre-order / pre-sale items: A pre-order may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase by emailing us with your order number. After 7 days, the order is committed to our Japan-side allocation and can no longer be cancelled. Cancellations you request are refunded minus a 6% cancellation fee, which covers the card processing and currency conversion fees that are not returned to us when an order is refunded.

Orders cancelled by us: If we cancel your order (for example, if we cannot secure the item or the release is cancelled), you receive a full refund with no fee.

Damaged, wrong, or lost items are covered by our Refund Policy.
