As trading cards are collectible items and condition assessments are subjective, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Minor scratches, whitening, or wear

  • Differences in personal grading opinions

  • Market price fluctuations after purchase

Please review all product photos carefully before purchasing.

📦 Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following photos for investigation:

  1. The entire item

  2. Close-up of the damaged area

  3. Inner packaging and cushioning

  4. Outer shipping package

We will review the case and assist you appropriately.
