📦 Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post with tracking included for every shipment.

• Handling time: 3–7 business days

• Pre-order / pre-sale items: These items ship after the official release in Japan, not within the standard handling time. The estimated shipping date is stated on each product page. If the official release is delayed, we will ship as soon as the item arrives and notify you by email with the revised schedule.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • United States / Canada / Australia: approx. 7–21 days

  • Europe: approx. 10–25 days

• A tracking number will be provided once the item is dispatched.

🌍 Duties, Taxes & Customs

Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or customs office upon delivery (DAP/DDU shipping).

We do not undervalue items or mark them as “gifts” on customs declarations.
