Cancellation Policy
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the order is committed to our Japan-side allocation and can no longer be cancelled.
Cancellations you request are refunded minus a 6% cancellation fee. This covers the card processing and currency conversion fees charged by our payment provider, which are not returned to us when an order is refunded.
If we cancel the order ourselves (for example, if we cannot secure the item or the release is cancelled), you receive a full refund with no fee.
